4.0Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. The carpet in the room was visibly dirty and stained, which gave the space an unclean feeling from the start. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work, making it very uncomfortable, especially at night. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the conditions for future guests.

6.0Meget stort hotel imponerende når man ankommer, men midt i ingenting. Vi skulle bruge hotellet som stop før lufthavnen. Opfylder alle krav til dette. Ved ikke om hotellet er under opbygning eller afvikling.

10.0This was my first trip to China so I had many questions.Vicky helped me so much for the 3 days I was at the hotel. From getting transpotation to help me get cash to tours she was so helpful to me. The room was so comfortable.
