− L'unica nota negativa è stata scoprire che i servizi come jacuzzi e sauna (che non avrei comunque mai fatto essendo al mese di luglio) all'interno della camera prenotata, erano a pagamento. Nella lista dei servizi della struttura sono indicati, ma non è specificato nella descrizione della camera che l'accesso prevede un costo aggiuntivo. Detto questo, desidero fare i complimenti a Paolo, l'host, che è stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. Mi ha spiegato che, purtroppo, Booking non permette di evidenziare chiaramente questo tipo di informazione nella descrizione della camera. Ho apprezzato molto la sua disponibilità e la trasparenza nel chiarire la situazione.
