Heel vriendelijk personeel, zeer aangename sfeer! We voelden ons direct thuis bij die mensen. Ze proberen aan de verwachtingen of vragen te voldoen. Doen echt hun best om jou als gast tevreden te stellen. Zeer aangenaam gevoel!!!

− het strand is niet aangenaam om te zwemmen omwille van heel veel kleine bootjes en ook de zeewier die uit het water kwam. Maar je kan in een zwembad genieten van de idyllische zeezicht!

Rien de bien.

− Nous devions séjourner 7 jours dans cet hôtel, mais l'expérience a été tellement mauvaise que nous sommes partis 2 jours avant la fin de notre réservation. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un bungalow sombre, très humide et envahi de moustiques. Les photos sont trompeuses : la "petite piscine privée" présentée sur les photos ressemblait davantage à une mare d'eau stagnante, remplie de moustiques, qu'à un véritable bassin. Il y avait des vers et des cafards un peu partout. Le pire a été de retrouver des vers sur mon oreiller, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Le petit-déjeuner est très moyen et le restaurant est décevant. Les plats sont de mauvaise qualité, tout en étant très chers. Nous n'y avons mangé qu'une seule fois avant de décider de ne plus y retourner. La piscine commune est très petite et l'eau semblait stagnante. Quant à la plage, elle est difficilement praticable à cause des nombreux rochers et des algues. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très mal, voire pas du tout. Nous avons payé plus de 320 € par nuit, un tarif totalement injustifié au vu des prestations. Face à cette situation, nous avons préféré perdre les deux dernières nuits plutôt que de rester. L'hôtel a refusé tout remboursement, ce qui nous a obligés à payer un autre hôtel pour terminer nos vacances. Enfin, il n'y a pratiquement rien autour de l'établissement, ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi pour la moindre sortie. Au vu du prix demandé et de la qualité des prestations, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Ce séjour a été une immense déception.

Estuvimos alojados 4 noches en la villa. Es absolutamente espectacular y no le falta de nada! El personal muy atento y encantador.

− La espera en el restaurante. Tardan más de una hora en servirte la comida y hay poca variedad en la carta. La playa esta llena de algas y se ve bastante sucia. Mucho ruido desde primerísima hora de la mañana tanto de la gente local que va a la playa como de las obras del hotel. Esta lleno de cuervos que también empiezan a hacer ruido muy temprano!

Charming beach hotel with excellent food, drinks, and customer service!

The staff made this hotel stand out. They kept saying, "Everything is possible," and they meant it! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I want to commend Rashid, Stella, Masoud, and Hallelujah for their outstanding service in the restaurant and bar. The cocktails and snacks were excellent, and we loved sitting in the beautiful terrace bar where we could look out at the ocean. We found it a great place to get work done! (We were traveling for work.) The food was excellent. We did not agree with the reviewer who said that the portions were small -- far from it! We had more than enough food, especially during breakfasts. We also did not experience shortages of butter or beer. The cottages were large and tastefully decorated. We particularly loved the hanging swing lounger on the verandas of our cottage. We thought the housekeeping staff did a very nice job of tidying up our room each day, as well as providing turn-down service in the evenings. Christina and Philomon at the reception were always friendly and helpful. Finally, I want to acknowledge excellent spa service.

− The hotel was undergoing some renovation while we were there, so there was quite a bit of noise during the day. However, the workers didn't start until everyone was awake, so it was not very disturbing in the end. The hotel is more rustic than some travelers might like, but we found that was part of its charm. The only thing that I didn't love were the "hustlers" on the beach. Whenever we tried to walk on the beach, we were inundated by people trying to sell us things. That said, everyone has to make a living, so we were able to politely decline and were then left alone.

Amazing staff and well worth the money for a memorable stay.
