10.0I was in this hotel for one day only and I liked my experience. The hotel was maintained well and even had design elements. The location was in the very centre and easily accessible by bus from the airport. The hotel offered buffet breakfast which I found to my liking.

8.0My room was very clean and tidy. I stayed two days. I drank my water which what was provided, but the water was not replaced. The cups for tea or coffee were paper cups.

10.0Great and responsive staff. Large room. Excellent wi-fi. Good breakfast. Nice location (next to Mariott and Atyrau hotel). Excellent ratio value-to-money. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

8.0This is an old property which has been refurbished some time ago. Some of the furniture was showing its age. The standard of housekeeping was not what I would have expected, having said that it was comfortable and clean.
