The property was good, the pool and the rooms were also nice and clean but those were the only things that were good and that's not what one expects when renting an entire bungalow especially at the price we paid. There were many issues which we would like to highlight that did not make it a great experience that one expects from Sky Water Villa.. 1. The care taker was extremely rude, non cooperative, as if he had paid for our stay. 2. He was very prompt to remind us of the check out time and was almost breathing down our neck to vacate the villa but conveniently forgot about the 2k he took as refundable deposit. 3. There was lack of proper crockery and utensils and whatever was available was way to shabby. The gas stove did not function properly making it difficult and time consuming to cook anything. 4. There were not enough chairs, pillow, bedsheets and towels. The bedsheets were not clean and unkept. 5. There were no hangers in the cupboards nor on the walls, so there was nothing to hang or dry our clothes. 6. There was no hot water in most bathrooms although there were supposedly geysers in each of them. 7. No exhaust fans in the kitchen nor in any of the bathrooms made them very suffocating. 8. Door locks were broken, for the main door as well as bathroom doors. 9. Buckets and mugs were not available initially and were only made available after lot of requesting and those too were dirty. I visited on 23rd Jan 2021 to 24th Jan 2021 in name of Pratim G. Tare
