Four en-suite bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The infinity pool was ideal, and the kids were in it all day long! We were wonderfully looked after by Askin and Okan — from arranging a lovely birthday cake for my wife to providing some breakfast essentials for our 2 a.m. check-in, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks so much, guys — we really appreciate everything! We will definitely be back. 🙏

Firstly Askin the owner/agent is a super host. Contactable day or night. Despite we didn’t get to the villa until midnight he still arranged Okan to meet us at the property and give us keys and provide information. We were afforded a late checkout as the next guests were not coming in; not guaranteed but very grateful For it. Okan was the most delightful young man who came each morning with fresh bread and to clean the pool and its surrounds. Any minor glitches he fixed with ease. He is a major asset to Askin. The villa is immaculately clean and well equipped.

− The villa has many neighbouring properties at close proximity. Some villas, some apartments. Sadly one night there were some extremely noisy drunk guests in the villa above. One call to Askin and he took the matter very seriously and dealt with it by calling the authorities. Problem solved. The pool is not heated and was quite chilly so not used as much as we normally would do. The sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool were quite worn and some broken. Askin sent over two sunbed cushions which was so good of him and explained that after a full summer season of heavy use new ones would be acquired for the next season. The villa is so vast with amazing views sunbeds with thick comfy cushions would be in keeping with this luxury property.

The property was exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The views are amazing. It's a 5 minute drive down into Kalkan, the going rate in a Taxi was 250TL. We hired a car and used this to get around. It's about 1hr40-1hr50 from Dalaman airport. Kalkan town centre has all the restaurants you could need. There are roosters in a neighbouring property that wake up early, it wasnt a problem for us as we were already up.

− The property doesn't leave any cleaning products which is clearly stated, so ensure to add to shopping list.
