6.0It was clean and good check in. I found my room very small with a tiny shower. I have an open window at night which was very noisy and bright lights shining in the room. The bed was hard and not comfortable.

8.0Lovely room and bed but old building with beams and I’m 6 foot 2 and had to stoop a bit. Quirks of an ancient building. Located in the heart of Bridgnorth and great views of the river only a few steps away.
Great stay, great location, good value, fab staff.
8.0We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food smelt nice. Breakfast was lovely, good choice, very fresh and good quality ingredients. Beds were extremely comfortable and pillows were great.

4.0Staff were polite and provided a good service. The reception and bar area was okay, however, the room we had was in a poor state, in desperate need of a full renovation. The bathroom was tiny with no sink, that was in the room behind the door. The shower was terrible, in bad condition and no water pressure. From pictures online, I think there may be other rooms that are newer, but room 14 is not one of them. In its current state it’s not worth paying for.
