9.0It was easy to check in, they held our luggage and cold foods, due to early check in and our room wasn't ready while we went to Sonic Temple festival... our friend staying with us came while we were at the festival he got the keys and our things easily and no issues of course he used his id but absolutely no issues. It was super clean and I usually find something but there wasn't!
− I asked at check in to pay in cash instead of charging my card and was told it was ok and we could pay with cash at the end of our stay, next morning someone else was on shift and charged my card. So theres isn't communication between employees but it was ok bc I had cash and card so it didn't really effect me. They just need to communicate between each other.
We came out for Sonic Temple 2026. Good location, about 15 minutes from the venue. 10/10
