6.0Cuando reserve me piedieron la tarjeta y les di mi informacion por la paguina de Hotels.com cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no me habian retenido el pago asi que les di mi tarjeta para que la pasaran y no tenia fondos cuando yo sabia que tenia fondos suficientes asi que pague en efectivo en el hotel pero cuando fui al banco para ver pq no habia dinero sucede que si me retiraron el dinero asi que me cobraron doble tengo el documento del hotel donde pague en efectivo y pueden confirmarlo ocupe la habitacion 6 los dias 24 25 y 26 de junio pagados en efectivo y ustedes en la paguina me cobraron la habitacion tambien de comprobar con el banco que me robaron les prometo denunciarlos en la procuraduria del consumidor por medio de la presidencia de la republica para que detengan el robo a la gente LADRONES

2.0The property was falling apart full of cockroaches. Staff was friendly. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here. Worst hotel ever.
