− The air conditioning did not work and I messaged and asked for a fan and had no response. I messaged both numbers that I had for contact and no response. Additionally, there are things that are broken in the room (flooring). Also, no lotion. It is very, very bare bones, and the price did not reflect that. Very disappointing.
