7.0Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was spotless but sadly no air conditioning which was a must for the hottest June recorded. There was a fan.

10.0We thought the breakfast was exceptional and had nice touches not often seen with other hotels ie the fresh fruit, yoghurt and croissants. The location suited us very well as we were easily able to walk alongside the golf course to Rutland water and from there walked to the nature reserve to see the ospreys.
− If I had to find fault I would say the toilet seat was rather stained.

9.0Was a lovely property. We were given a deluxe room, with a very large en-suite. Windows on all sides, with lovely views of the golf course and surrounding countryside.! It just blow me away how nice it all was
− The only thing I would say I didn’t like. Was that it was a place most people went to for playing golf. So the bar and reception closed early. It would have been nice to get a drink in the bar before going to bed. Yet we understand why they would close.
