2.0Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal trotz aller Probleme freundlich.
− Schmutzige Zimmer, fremde Haare in Waschbecken, Dusche und Fußboden im Bad und Balkonmöbel... Nicht funktionierende Lüftung in Bad ohne Fenster und im Zimmer.. da durch ein nicht so angenehmer Duft.... Möbel total verwohnt... Keine Zimmerreinigung erfolgt, ab 15 Uhr keiner mehr im Haus der Reklamation bearbeiten kann. Kein kompetenter Ansprechpartner da.

− Man hat das Gefühl, nicht nur Gefühl, sondern erlebte Realität, dass an allen Ecken und Enden gespart werden muss, so werden z.B. für übliche Wellness-Angebote - und es handelt sich schließlich um ein "Wellness-Resort" erhebliche zusätzliche Gebühren pro Person erhoben, obwohl die Zimmerpreise schon auf Normalniveau liegen. Die Lebensmittel beim Frühstück sind einfach (Discounterware), das abendliche Buffet unterdurchschnittlich. Die Angestellten geben ihr Bestes und müssen hier als besonders positiv hervorgehoben werden, können den unterdurchschnittlichen Standard des Hotels jedoch nicht retten. ES GIBT SICHER BESSERES IN DER REGION!

5.0Tolle Lage des Hotels.
− Frühstück und Abendbuffet leider nur mittelmäßig. Das Zubuchen des SPA Bereiches war bei der Buchnung nicht ersichtlich und das haben wir bisher noch in keinem Hotel erlebt. Außerdem zu teuer, für das, was geboten wird.
