10.0The room and facilities were clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. This place also had one of the strongest Wi-Fi connections of anywhere I stayed during my trip. Although the room door didn't lock, it didn't feel like an issue because the property felt very safe. I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

8.0Aspectos positivos: Atención a la llegada: La persona encargada de las llaves tuvo la amabilidad de esperarnos para el ingreso, a pesar de que nos retrasamos bastante debido al fuerte tráfico en el trayecto desde el aeropuerto. Hospitalidad de la dueña: Fue muy atenta; al viajar con mi hermano, nos ofreció la opción de elegir entre camas individuales o una cama doble. El personal de limpieza también es muy servicial. Flexibilidad en la salida: El día de nuestra partida debíamos hacer el check-out a las 11:00 a. m., pero retrasaron nuestro vuelo de regreso hasta la madrugada del día siguiente. El alojamiento nos permitió quedarnos en la habitación hasta la medianoche y usar las zonas comunes para esperar nuestro vuelo sin cobrarnos ningún costo extra. Un gesto que agradecemos mucho. Relación calidad-precio: El costo de la estancia fue bastante justo y adecuado para los servicios que ofrece el lugar.
− Aspectos a mejorar: Pago: Solo aceptan efectivo (dólares o quetzales). Si pagan en dólares, exigen billetes impecables y sin marcas porque los bancos locales no se los reciben. Para evitar complicaciones de último momento y pérdidas en el cambio, se sugiere pagar directamente en quetzales. Sería ideal que esta política se informe con claridad desde el inicio. Servicios: Tuvimos inconvenientes con la presión del agua, ya que el flujo se cortaba por completo a mitad de la ducha. Es un aspecto técnico que el alojamiento debería revisar. Ventilación: Al ser una habitación interior, tiende a acumular calor. Aunque el alojamiento proporciona un ventilador, este resulta insuficiente para refrescar el espacio adecuadamente, considerando que el cuarto tiene capacidad para dos camas.
