They didnt provide a dekuxe room and never refunded
1.0Nothing. We came for Deluxe studio, but got the bad room for animal without toilet & shower, with insects in the bad, this was separate from the main building property. We asked, whats this, cause we booked a deluxe room with a bath tub, toilet inside, and received the answer: "we are fully booked, we have only "this" room available". They were not able to answer my question, why they didnt withdraw their property from booking.com if they are fully booked. We didnt stay in this property despite it was night and we were with a baby, we went to the other hotel, but they still didnt refund us. And booking.com was returning me an error when i tried to cancel facility. Then i wrote to support 2 days ago and still didnt receive any answer. So, be careful.

− בנוי מוזר ומפוקפק, הויטרינה של החדר לא נסגרה עד הסוף, כשבאנו לחדר המזגן היה חם בצורה לא רגילה ומחניק, לא היו מים חמים, לא מרגיש מספיק נקי.

− Zasugerowalismy sie niezlymi opiniami i doznalismy szoku. Bardzo strome schody prowadzące do pokoi. Śmierdzące ręczniki, potargane zasłony, które nie zasłaniają od przeszkolnych drzwi, brak wentylacji wiec w pokojach śmierdzi wilgocią, slabo dzilalajaca klimatyzacja. Pomimo, ze pokoje są na wysokich piętrach, w pokojach chodzą gekony. Pokoje nie są czyste, na materacu pod prześcieradłem grzyb. Pokoje były bardzo tanie, ale standard bardzo, bardzo slaby. Jeżeli ktos lubi, aby bylo skromnie, ale czysto to nie polecam.

7.0Boek dit echt alleen voor een door reis dag! Schoon, bedden lagen lekker. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding! Personeel brengt je voor 200 bath naar de Aiport!
