3.0− The hot tub was not warm. The pool was cold. The sauna was not always on.. The management was not responsive. The property is in a good location, but I would never stay there again.

8.0Great price but clould use some updating inside and outside.The kitchen floor was extremely dirty thou dropped something on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel and it was black they are pretty bigThe customer service was excellent and very helpful!

10.0Property was exactly as described, staff were great. Units were HUGE in my opinion however I have never stayed at a Condo Type unit before. Unit was thoughtfully stocked with all dishes pots pans etc. Then envolope we recieved on check in offered great advice and instructions. Pool area was clean. Great Room in Main building was stocked with board games beautiful fire place. Arcade on site with pool table, and a playground. 5 stars. Such great experience upon checkout spoke with the GM about ownership. (Timeshare resort).
