10.0Property and rooms were very clean. There isnt a reception area but there was always someone on the property to help. Breakfast is strongly recommended.

2.01. Sacaron la reserva de hoteles para que les pagáramos allá. 2. Cero valor por $$ 3. Tenia polvo en el cuarto 4. La puerta del cuarto se atoraba para cerrarse. 5. La alberca estaba congelada 6. Pésimo trato 7. Nos recibieron y no sabían ni nuestro cuarto ni la clave para entrar, nos dieron la clave de otro cuarto. 8. Ruido en las noches sin previo aviso. 9. En el check out nos estaban cobrando cosas de otro cuarto 10. Humillante check out que tuvieron que entrar al cuarto de cada inquilino para contar las toallas y quitar sabanas, cero profesional 11. Nos pidieron 1000 pesos de deposito llegando al hotel

10.0Enjoyed our stay at the property. Surrounding vineyards and having the pool directly outside of our room made it a great experience. Would recommend coming back.
