7.0The room was nice and the breakfast was great.
− In all the years I have attended my workshop in Waco, never has a hotel tried to charge a fee to check in a little early. If some rooms have been cleaned already I have been able to ck into other hotels by 12 noon or after. Very disappointing. Your front desk staff, was VERY impersonal. Not friendly at all. Was concerned for my car that evening. Parking was so tight, difficulty parking. I will not use this hotel in my future booking for this workshop.

8.0The hotel was updated and very clean. Staff was very friendly.
− Our check in time was between 12-3 and when we arrived just before 3 they didn’t have our room ready. We had to wait until 4 and I missed part of the meeting I was in town for.
