A nice quiet street in an 'up market' type area. Host was pleasant. Kind size bed very comfortable.

− Driveway a little tight for 2 cars. (Fortunately there wasn't a 2nd one in at the time).

10.0Cathie was absolutely lovely and went beyond expectations, providing ice and other miscellaneous items I'd forgotten or didn't have.
Barely Passable, just needs a tidy up.
5.0Location was quiet, though we could hear the owner in the adjacent rooms. Backing onto the bush was nice. It was in a quiet deadened street so no nearby traffic noise.
− The room air was stale. Tea bags and other items were out of date. Pressure to the shower was very low. Lighting was poor particularly in the bathroom. Seems to be another some sort of stagnant water issue as it was smelly.
