10.0İlgi alaka çok güzeldi, yemeklerde standart üstü ve hijyenik bir yerdi. Sadece sinek çoktu o da doğal. Çok memnun kaldık.

4.0Artvin gezimiz de Şavşat Karagöl seyahatimize yakın olması amacı ile tercih ettiğimiz bu otel de pek kaliteli bir deneyim yaşayamadık. Otel odasına ilk girişte yatakların üzerine örtülmüş birbirinden alakasız battaniyeler hijyenik ve şık bir görüntü oluşturmuyor. Odalar da ve otel de hazır su bulunmuyor. Kahvaltı saati şu ana kadar alışılmış saatlerin dışında bir başlangıç saatine sahip ve bununla ilgili herhangi bir ön bilgilendirme almadık. Yaşadığımız ufak bir sıkıntı sonucun da yara bandı istediğimizde ilk yardım çantalarında bulunmadığını belirttiler. Fiyat performans açısından başarısız bir otel deneyimi sunuyorlar
