8.0This is a brand new hotel with only 18 rooms. The rooms are small, but the bed is huge and comfy. They clean well and restock water bottles and cookies daily if you devour them free of charge. The walls are pretty thick, so you can't ever hear other guests. The staff is simply great, might be the very best I've encountered so far. The showers need some work and there is no breakfast. However, they did say they are working on both of these issues. With that said, the best part about this hotel is location... yes... location, location and location. A nice park, cafes and restaurants, marina and beach, broadwalk, banks, stores.. it's all literally right there. No need for public transportation or taxi what so ever (unless you are planning to go to the mountains or Olympic village). Will visit again!
