1.0− Абсолютное разочарование, в первую очередь в порядочности персонала. Из-за некорректной работы банковского терминала списание денег с карты произвели дважды. Мы оперативно показали выписки, отель взял время на проверку в банке. После подтверждения из банка, отель признал нашу правоту и обещал возвратить деньги на карту ( уже после нашего отъезда). Но...прошел почти месяц, отель деньги не вернул и игнорирует наши сообщения... Такое в нашей практике впервые. Конечно, сам Шеки-замечательный городок , но в этом отеле останавливаться не рекомендуем
