2.0We were placed in the basement and when we got there mold was on the ceiling and there was no working WiFi. In addition, a dehumidifier was running (assuming because of the mold). We booked another place to stay for the night because the front desk was closed. In the morning we went back and explained the situation. The lady said “oh yeah we’ve had problems with this room when it rains” why would we be placed in it then I asked? They had no other room to move us to so I requested a full refund and left.
Decent stay
8.0I have stayed here before love the location. The rooms are nice and clean with nice amenities. Has some issues with power took a day to resolve, also the WiFi has issues but that was resolved by the following day as well. None the less a lovely place to stay. Modern and well kept. Very Close to Earls Court tube, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Pharmacies and markets all within 3 minute walk.
