I was in town for a family reunion
10.0− The housekeeper stated that they were cleaning the air conditioners on top of the roof and it's made of it. It stained the ceiling of the room as it came through the vents so they offered me a new room which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much
It's one of the better hotels in the area
9.0Convenience
− We accidentally left a new pair of shoes in the room. Was assured that they would be held by the office for our return a couple days later. We informed the front desk within an hour after leaving that we were returning after a short stay in Arkansas. The shoes were never returned with the claim that they weren't left there. We booked a different hotel instead
