Very dirty hotel room
2.0Room was very dirty, we found a lot of dirt and hair in room. Bathroom had a lot of mildew and mold. Very poor cleaning service and unsanitary room for a family with small kids. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Please see pictures.
Classic room meant an ondol room.
2.01. The lock of the room was broken and fixed around 12 pm. 2. The staff was very unkind and I felt intimidated to ask a question about breakfast which was not offered at 9:30 am. 3. The room was categorized a class style. However, it meant no bed in the room. 4. The room was full of clorox smell and had to suffer all night.
