2.0Can only rate the communication (poor) since they refused us at check in despite our booking confirmation through expedia because the hotel made a mistake with the rate. After arriving we had to wait for almost an hour to speak to the manager who left with an excuse and never came back....

10.0I was working pretty intensively in Lilongwe and I needed a weekend break to wind down. Eden was the perfect spot and barely 20 minutes drive from town. My quiet, restful and beautifully appointed studio had its own mini kitchen and separate bedroom upstairs, so it was more like a small house. And the onsite bar and restaurant and extensive grounds were a delight. I will definitely return.
