− אני חושב כהערה בונה לשים לב לשירות בבריכה , הם לא עומדים בזמנים, שוכחים. לדוג׳ לא הגיוני שהמלצר שלא דובר עברית זוכר בעל פה רשימה של כמה פריטים מכמה אנשים שונים שמזמינים ממנו.. וכך קרה שלא הגיע לנו שעתיים האוכל .

Good to know
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
The hotel is kosher, under the supervision of the Shoham Rabbinate.
Parking at the hotel is provided in an underground, automated, and covered facility. It is available to guests with valet assistance during designated hours, at an additional cost and upon availability.
