10.0Great location and very quiet. Judi & Alan are wonderful hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Freshly prepared breakfast with lots of options being offered. Really comfortable bed, power shower in the en-suite. Good size bedroom.

9.0Wonderful lovation in peaceful Hemingby. Nice self contained room with private shower room and facilities. Coffee and Tea making in room with fresh milk supplied. Comfortable bed and a very peaceful location. A Wonderful full English breakfast, if you do desire, to keep you going through the day. Judi and Allan were perfect hosts.

8.0Super quiet location at edge of Wolds - just lovely. And a very easy walk to local pub for a very good steak and chips for £14. How good does it get ? The hosts were super welcoming, plus EV charging (on a bring-your-own 'granny charger').
