− It was very warm in the room and there was no fan. The check in was fairly slow at reception.

− Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Dormimos realmente mal por varios motivos. El ventilador de la habitación no funcionaba, por lo que hacía mucho calor y fue muy difícil descansar. Además, a las 8:00 de la mañana comenzaron unas obras a menos de 10 metros del hotel. El ruido y las vibraciones eran tan intensos que parecía que la habitación retumbaba, haciendo imposible seguir durmiendo. Entendemos que las obras pueden no depender directamente del hotel, pero creemos que deberían informar de esta situación a los huéspedes con antelación o, al menos, intentar ofrecer una solución. En nuestro caso, el descanso, que es lo principal cuando reservas un alojamiento, fue inexistente.
