9.0The shuttle we used to arrive from the Narita airport to the hotel was a good save for me! I'd suggest sending a mail to tell the guests where exactly we can take it.
− The check in was a bit complicated as we were 14 people and at some point not all of use were required to enter the passport to get a key for our rooms.
