8.0Host was easy to communicate and responsive to whatsapp messages.Check-in instructions were clear.The room was clean and comfortable. Close to public transport and a supermarket.Vatican is a 15-minute walk away.
− Soundproofing was poor.Fortunately, the other guests weren't very noisy.

6.0The owner was lovely to deal with. When a medical emergency forced us to leave early, she offered to refund the unused nights if she could rebook them. That didn’t happen, so no refund, but she kindly offered a discount on our next stay.
− The area wasn’t great, and traffic noise made the room loud all night. It was a room in a shared apartment with average amenities, so it wasn’t good value for the price. We tried to cancel on the night of check-in, but the owner couldn’t be reached.
