Nice resort but has potential to be so much better.
6.0Location is beautiful. The gardens are very well kept. The restaurant staff were great as were the cleaners and bell boys. Hotel offered a tour of the main attractions in the town for a very reasonable price. Sanjeev the driver was very friendly.
− The manager when we checked in insisted on taking pictures of us on his phone and tried to say it was because it was a requirement which we know to be false having stayed in many other Indian hotels in the region. This made us feel uncomfortable and we declined. The bed linen was stained on arrival however the staff changed this. The shower was not working and was cold when we arrived. This was fixed however it should have been checked prior to our arrival.
