6.0Visiting to attend a painting convention and take the family to DisneyWorld and Universal - two fire alarms at 6pm, no sense of urgency or communication as to what happened. Nice rooms, good location.

10.0Gisele and Keri were both great to deal with. I spoke with Gisele about securing a first floor room since I am traveling with pets and she was able to help me with that since I had checked in online already. Keri was great checking in and took care of a missing chair. Great service by both.
