6.0The toilet layout was totally different from what shown in the photos. Toilet, rooms got the mouldy kind of smell. Smell of cigg when it’s non smoking hotel. Other than that, staff over there were very helpful in helping for checking in/out

8.0Decent and clean hotel with lift which is convenient for elderly. Check in process is fast, staff who service us is friendly. Will stay with them again in our next visit to Pontian.
