6.0My husband booked the room for work, and my two kids and I went along. When we arrived at the room, it was clean, but only two towels were provided. We got two additional towels at the front desk. The next morning, we realized there was only one regular coffee pod (and one decaf, and one hot tea), but there was coffee available in the lobby. We made an effort to be out of the room each day so that it could be cleaned, but for some reason, we were missed. On the third day, I asked at the front desk if we could get the basics - trash taken out, more coffee, shampoo, and toilet paper (we had only been left with a partial roll and no spare), but was told they were gone for the day. The front desk attendant got us more toilet paper and told us we could take the trash to the dumpster, which was frustrating, and then I had to go back to ask for new trash bags... Other front desk attendants were more helpful, giving us great recommendations for the area! The hotel grounds are nice with a couple of areas available to get out of the room and lounge, read, or work. It's very close to the square, which has some cute shops and good places to eat!
