− ACHTUNG!!!!!! Falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung!!!!!!! Keine Spülmaschine! Keine Waschmaschine! Und am schlimmsten: keine Klimaanlage!!!!! Wir hatten Außentemperaturen von 36-38 Grad und es war in der Wohnung am Tag und in der Nacht genauso warm.

9.0Waanzinnig uitzicht, supervriendelijke gastvrouw en vooral de gastheer Moraldo. Ruim appartement, fijn zwembad en heerlijk typisch Italiaans eten. Alle bezienswaardigheden op korte rij afstand: Spello, Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia, Montefalco, Trevi! Ideaal!
− Ik had bij het boeken van t appartement gelezen dat er airconditioning aanwezig zou zijn, helaas was dat niet het geval en tijdens een hele hete week in juli waren de ventilators soms net niet voldoende, toch goed geslapen, maar binnenshuis niet koel te krijgen. Even de omschrijving aanpassen om teleurstellingen te voorkomen bij toekomstige gasten;-)

− The room wasn't as expected - the kitchen wasn't well equipped for cooking, the bed wasn't comfortable and there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was more basic than expected, as the other reviews available praised it to be significantly better than what we received.
