10.0La ubicación del hotel y el trato del personal. Muy especialnente Desire y su atencion hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia para repetir.

8.0El personal, tanto la chica de la mañana como el de la noche. Teníamos que cambiar de habitación para la última noche e hicieron lo posible para no tenernos horas esperando entre una y otra.. fue de agradecer porque teníamos además un perrito. El desayuno con bastante variedad. El primer día pusieron un bol de fresas, yogur y muesli, que estaba muy bueno, pero ningún otro día lo volvieron a poner.. una pena! También la cercanía a las pistas ☺️
− Quizá que está poco renovado.. las habitaciones no están mal, las cuádruples son bastante grandes pero el baño por ejemplo con cortinas y techos que se caen, habría que arreglar cosillas.

− La almohada, algunos defectos del edificio "algo trillado" como algunos trozos de moqueta, parquet desigual. El ascensor se averió y no lo han arreglado en varios días.

− Tienen un parking fatal gestionado, los coches aparcan como quieren y el personal se desentiende Tienen un poco de desorganización sobretodo las recepcionistas
