10.0We had an amazing stay at the Clavdia Flat and couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived (regardless of the complications we had on the arrival time because of our flight), the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was spotless, and all the common areas were exceptionally well maintained. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The location was another huge advantage. It was convenient, close to everything we wanted to visit, and made getting around easy. It's the perfect place to stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, immaculate cleanliness, and a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again!

10.0The apartment was very nice, clean, and in a great location. What really stood out was Claudia’s helpfulness - she was very accommodating, always happy to help whenever we needed anything, and gave us excellent recommendations.

9.0We stayed at the house for 8 nights. Clavdia was very welcoming and gave me detailed introductions, from attractions to restaurants, and even transportation timetables. She also frequently checked in on us on WhatsApp to see how we were doing in Rome. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Rome.
