6.0I wanted the hotel room to be equipped with slippers. Shower temperature was too low.

4.0Pool was nice. Same can’t be said for cleanliness in the rooms and around the property. Lots of cockroaches in the pool-side shower rooms. They should’ve sprayed the rooms for insects and mosquitos. And the toilet flush in my room was defective.
Rundown resort, loud noises at night.
2.0First - I was made to wait for half an hour by the office person because they have not received my confirmation only to tell me later that it was in their spam inbox. Duh? The condition of the rooms/toilet will definitely not meet with the expectations of non-locals. The Karaoke singing are just super loud till 4am! I got the suite room and I didn’t get sleep until 4am! The management apparently does not care at all or do not even have a policy. Stay away like far away from this resort.
