Bien situé mais nécessite vraiment un coup de rénovation

− L'appartement mérite vraiment d'être rénové, en particulier la partie cuisine. Le frigidaire fuyait à cause d'un gros bloc de givre dans le frigo. Le lavabo de la salle de bains fuyait également. Un rapport qualité-prix plutôt moyen
