2.0Die pools waren okay.
− Es gibt vor Ort 3 verschiedene Flacalco Hotel oder Apartments. Es gibt 4* Apartments, 3* Apartments und ein 3* hotel mit Zimmern. Bei der Buchung wurde mir 4* angezeigt, vor Ort waren wir in den 3* Apartments untergebracht. Damit fing es an. Die Klimaanlage war innen verschimmelt. Die Betten mega unbequem und billig. Die Küche und Utensilien waren verschmutzt bei Ankunft ich muss alles komplett per Hand spülen. Auf dem Boden Haare der vorherigen Buchung. Wasserkocher war kaputt. Insgesamt einfach sehr sehr einfach und billig eingerichtet. 6 Tage 1400€ - da hatte ich mehr erwartet.

6.0Das Frühstück war gut, aber die Teller waren Katastrophe schmutzig
− Kein Netflix Sauberkeit und der Pool war Katastrophe. Bei mir im Lagerplatz sieht es so aus, aber nicht in den Ferien. Viel zu viel Chlor. Ich würde mal den PA Wert prüfen.
Buena estancia con aspectos importantes a mejorar
7.0La estancia en general fue agradable. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del chico que nos recibió a nuestra llegada, que fue muy amable y profesional. Además de explicarnos todo lo necesario, nos acompañó hasta la habitación y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. También agradecemos el upgrade a un apartamento en lugar de la habitación que teníamos reservada, ya que disfrutamos de un espacio más amplio y cómodo.
− La limpieza de la habitación fue bastante irregular. Aunque no pasaron todos los días, cuando sí lo hicieron hubo detalles importantes que se descuidaron: un día no limpiaron el lavabo ni aspiraron el suelo, y otro dejaron la sábana encimera doblada sobre la cama sin colocarla, por lo que tuvimos que hacerla nosotros mismos. Además, fue frecuente presenciar situaciones en las que la directora llamaba la atención a empleados o trasladaba incidencias delante de los huéspedes, algo que generaba una sensación poco agradable y poco acorde con el ambiente de tranquilidad que se espera en un alojamiento vacacional.

1.0Facility was a good location and clean
− Over out seven night stay, on four of the nights there was no water to the property in the evening. I reached out to reception who advised that no one else had reported this and maybe it was just a bust time of day. I explained we had no water to shower, flush toilet or cook, but the response was the same each time. Even though i as told it was only us having was having this issue at no point where we offered a change in room
