4.0Impossible de vous donner un avis objectif car l'hôtel à oublier de nous informer que la ville dans laquelle il se trouve est interdite aux étrangers. Seul les chinois peuvent y aller. La police nous a fait faire demi-tour et on a du changer d'itinéraire et donc on a pas pu dormir dans ce logement.
− Le manque de professionnalisme de la part de l'hôtel pour ne pas avoir averti oui refusé au moins notre réservation en sachant que des français ou tout étranger seraient interdits dans cette ville...

1.0− I booked a non-refundable room, but I clearly stated that I am a foreigner during the reservation process. Despite knowing this, the hotel accepted my booking even though it does not allow foreigners to stay. Now, they are not properly refunding my money upon cancellation, which feels unfair and frustrating. I inquired about the hotel's policy on foreign guests, but I have received no response. I have been using Booking.com for a long time and have booked many hotels through your platform during my travels. However, this is the first time I have experienced a situation where foreigners are not allowed to stay, and my inquiry has been completely ignored. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved properly. Otherwise your hotel is thief group.
