Great place, great hosts, great value for money. A little oasis on the edge of a city.
10.0The location of the property is excellent. Close to the New Forest and Southampton city centre. The owners are brilliant, really welcoming and could not do more for you. The property is really clean and the rooms are lovely. This is a great bed and breakfast , with a great restaurant. The food is really fresh and cooked to order and good value for money, as is the room. The breakfast is freshly cooked, but a great choice if you want cereal, fruit or yoghurts etc. Will gladly stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.

Very good stay good start to our holiday
9.0Breakfast was excellent staff extremely helpful and willingly stored things for us in the fridge. They had Bistro but we chose not to use it but it did look nice. We used the bar and sat outside which was very pleasant as the weather was extremely hot
− The room was very hot owing to the weather. But we knew there wasn’t any air con.

10.0Ideally located nr New Forest And easy access to get to Lymington, Southampton and Portsmouth. Accommodation beautiful, spotless and welcoming. Food brilliant both evening meal choices and wide range of fresh delicious breakfast choices. Owners very friendly, welcoming and gave us an excellent time and will definitely revisit. Thank you for a wonderful break.
