− Limpeza, pequeno almoço, perdeu qualidade, pão seco, bolos secos, eram sobras do dia anterior que secou com o ar, perdeu muita qualidade a comparar com os outros anos em que era GonInn, agora é virado para a rentabilidade tendo a qualidade ficado de rastos, já fiquei diversas vezes e não criam fichas dos clientes, poyco dinâmico, local a evitar no futuro, até saber por terceiros que recuperou qualidade

6.0A localização é boa e, apesar do quarto ser pequeno atendeu a nossa necessidade. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, Renato e André do restaurante foram ótimos, e o fato de ter restaurante funcionando no hotel ajuda muito.
− Achei a limpeza do quarto bem precária, mesmo no dia que chegamos. Fechamos 3 diárias e, mesmo eu cobrando, não foi feito nenhuma limpeza no quarto, nem troca de lixo, nada, isso foi bem desagradável. O café da manhã é gostoso mas tem poucas opções, a salada de frutas por exemplo acabou bem cedo.
