8.0Lovely room, quiet considering it was facing a main road. Loved the fact it had a fridge.
− Balcony could have been cleaner. Didn't feel comfortable sitting out on it due to the dirt and untidiness.

7.0Location was perfect for visiting my son at UEA. 5 minutes up the road. Room was clean and tidy room. Didn't see any staff on site during our stay.
− The bed was very old and falling apart, sloped backwards at the head of bed. A little dated with decor.

Came to Norwich for a long weekend break . Easy checkin . Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Shower took a while
