8.0Good location. Walking distance to the things you would want to see. Metro is close by and very clean and safe.
− Bit of migrants around but generally safe. Lots of police present on the streets.Overall, safe to walk around and explore.

Great location and spacious room, but the beds need improvement for a comfortable night's sleep.
8.0The room was very spacious and accommodated us with twin beds and an additional sofa. The location was excellent with easy access to the main train station and the city center by metro and tram. The tram stop was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
− The only downside was the beds. Every time we moved, the bed linen would slide and the mattress would move as well, so we had to keep adjusting everything throughout the night. As a result, we didn't sleep well. We hope the hotel can find a solution to prevent the mattresses from moving. This was the only issue during our stay, but it had a significant impact on our overall experience.
