− In die Innenstadt sind es etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Bahnhof ebenfalls. Bei gutem Wetter kein Problem.

− Direkt an einer großen Kreuzung, Schalldämmung nicht vorhanden. Nur an einem Fenster Insektenschutz, nicht an allen. 🤔
