− The rooms are spacious and look good, but cleanliness is a serious issue. I booked Suite Room No. 221, and there were spider webs on the ceiling that seemed untouched for more than 20 days. Room service is pathetic — they didn’t pick up used plates left outside for over 12 hours. Very disappointing experience.
