Great sleep but cannot recommend

− No coat hangers No serated bread knife Outside private area very dirty, could not use 88yr old mother enjoyed but car was difficult to access as not on property

− Needing a deep clean. Porch smelly and dirty, cushions, blankets and bedding stained. Spare throws and decorative pillows all needing washed/refreshed. Only 1 bulb working in the bathroom. Sofa stained and needing wiped, cobwebs and dirty marks up the walls and ceiling. No alternative light to main ceiling light in the living room. Windows thick with dirt and dust.
Apartment facilities were most disappointing, but out and about, Oban was perfect.

− Lack of bedding for sofabed. Soiled blankets and pillow were put into wardrobe in bedroom. Wifi password on router was illegible, and no response to phonecall to host during stay. Photos available.
