Super Hotel für ein paar Tage Erholung.
10.0Uns hat das Morgenessen und vor allem auch das Abendessen unglaublich geschmeckt. Das Zimmer war auch wunderbar. Positiv überrascht waren wir auch, das es im Spa Bereich nie überfüllt war, vielleicht lag das an der Zwischensaison, jedoch war das top für uns! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle auch sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal! Da im Hotelpreis Morgen,Mittag und Abendessen inbegriffen ist und das Abendessen extrem lecker ist, ist der Preis fair. Uns hat auch gefallen die Halbtagestour "Schwarzwald" Umgebung kennen lernen.

10.0Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Juniorsuite mit allem was das Herz begehrt,vom Frühstuck bis zum Abendessen war alles sehr gut und ganz liebes Personal,kann es jedem weiter empfehlen

Un bel hôtel presque parfait à un détail près
8.0Le calme, les installations balnéo, la literie, l'espace et la propreté des chambres, la pension complète, notamment la possibilité d'une restauration simple après 14h
− Un détail mais désagréable, les places de parking dans la rue hors parking de l'hôtel sont en zone bleue ( 90 mn avec disque) mal signalée, et la police passe ( ça semble de notoriété à la réception), et on ne nous a pas alerté sur cette spécificité à notre arrivée. Bilan une amende de stationnement au moment du départ, évitable si on nous l'avait précisé ( il y a un 2eme parking de l'hôtel plus loin). Et quand nous avons évoqué notre surprise à la direction, on nous a répondu que c'était de notre faute, qu'on avait qu'à lire les panneaux ( non visible à l'endroit où j'étais garé) , que c'était une règle internationale de stationnement qu'on devait connaître et que les amendes étaient plus chères en France !!. Plus que l'amende, c'est l'attitude pas commerciale que je déplore.
