− Eigner (er und sie) sind nett, bemüht. Personal nicht. Vieles kaputt, es wird nicht mehr erneuert. Man hat den Eindruck, in 5 Jahren existiert es nicht mehr. Bei allem Verständnis für die Eigner im Ruhestandsalter muss man das doch ansprechen.
